Description

This is a beautiful antique Victorian sterling silver christening mug/tankard with a super decoration of birds.

It's hallmarked for London 1887 with the silversmiths mark for Joseph and Horace Savory of the Goldsmiths Alliance - it's also marked underneath 'Goldsmiths Alliance Ltd, Cornhill, London'.

It measures 3 1/2" (9 cms) tall x 2 1/2" (7 cms) across the top.

There are no initials or monograms, it's in excellent condition and it weighs 163.7 grams .
