Beautifully designed with a wonderful opal bead suspended beneath a diamond studded floral motif
They are crafted in silver and 18 carat gold in three articulated sections.
To the bottom the polished opal bead is a creamy white with flashes of turquoise and orange
The sparkling diamonds are set in silver to great effect.These earrings have 18 carat gold shepherds hooks
The top diamond is about 2.5mm & the rose cuts are 1.5mm. The opals are approx.9mm
These earrings are 4.3 cm (just under 1.5"). They weigh 4.3 grams.
They date to the late Victorian period.
