A beautiful pearshaped opal and old cut diamond twist ring set in 18ct yellow gold in its original antique box. A beautiful example of an early 20th century opal ring in fabulous condition and with two lovely opals who both have a wonderful ''play of colour'' this is the gemmological name given to the precious opals rainbow coloured appearance, when it is strong like the ring here it is very beautiful and one can understand why this type of opal is called precious. Can be sized to fit please ask. It is a size J at the moment
