Description

With registration marks for 1933, a lovely large excellent quality pair of cased spoon and fork servers in the original fitted case, by Charles J. Allen of Sheffield.

Beautifully shaped edges and Art Deco geometric stems enhance these pieces, and they are fitted into the original silk and velvet lined leather case, and retailed by jewellers J. R. and W. Laing of Glasgow, Scotland.

Size-Spoon, 9.25 inches long by 2.75 inches wide, fork, 8 7/8 inches by 2 1.8 inches. Case, 10 5/8 inches long by 5.5 inches wide.

Weight-170 grams cutlery only, 535 grams with case.

Very lovely and functional pieces to use yourself or to give as a gift, for serving any food.

In very good condition.
