Lovely 18ct gold multi gemstone dearest ring, marked for 18ct gold. The ring is set with diamond, emerald, amethyst, ruby, emerald, sapphire & tourmaline, which spells dearest in order of the gem stones. The face of the ring measures 1.8cm x 3mm, the total weight is 2.9 grams,is in size M.1/2, USA size 6.1/2 and is offered in good condition
