George IV Silver Teapot, 1828

Description

A quality George IV silver teapot, Edward Thomason, hallmarked Birmingham 1828, of squat circular form, lid and cast floral finial, with c-scroll handle. Coat of arms to the body.

The teapot weighs 655 grams and measures approximately 12cm high and 24cm in length from handle to spout.

In excellent condition, light wear, commensurate with age and use.
