Description

A wonderfully handsome small salver perfect for letters or business cards.

The salver stands on unusual heavy and very decorative feet, the rim is beautifully cast with a scroll and shell design, below this is a pierced or reticulated gallery.

The centre is engraved with a stunning heart themed decoration, quite beautiful.

The underside is hallmarked EPNS for Electro-Plated Nickel Silver together with the makers initials TW for the silversmith Thomas White. Dating to around 1880, this Victorian beauty remains in excellent condition; measures 8 1/4" in diameter.
