Cast Bronze and Ormolu Wall Sconce

Description

Circa 1890, cast bronze and ormolu wall sconce. With 5 branches topped with foliate shaped candle holders, all held in place in stylized rococo framed uprights. There is further scrolling and leaves in all directions and it finishes to the base with a cluster of flowers including roses. There is a mark to the back ‘HY’ and it can be rewired for electricity.

Size 54 cm high x 54 cm wide
