A Good Pair of Third Height Silver Candlesticks

A good pair of silver candlesticks dating from era of George V. These lovely examples are of third height and have half fluted decoration. The advantage of this design is that with restricted height, they are suitable for table use as they do not obstruct the line of vision. The bases are weighted for stability and the sconces are fixed. A handsome pair of sticks, both practical and decorative. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no splits, holes or dents. There is a dimple to the base of one, shown in photo and commensurate with age and use.
