Edwardian Quality Brass Antique Gimbel Ships Lamp

This is a heavy quality, English antique brass lamp that dates from around 1900 and was originally used on a ship. Called a gimbal light, it can be used flat as a table lamp or hung on a wall for a wall light. In superb condition, newly re-wired and pat tested and the lamp is stamped with an RD number AP7993A.
