A good Victorian solid silver and mother of pearl fruit knife, with foliate engraved handle, fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1896, makers mark TM for Thomas Marples of Arundel Street, Sheffield. Vacant cartouche inset into the mother of pearl.

In excellent condition, hallmarks sharp and clear.

Would make a very nice gift, or practical knife for peeling ones orange, apple or slicing banana!
