Antique Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Photo Frame 1904 - Boy Fishing

Description

This is a beautiful antique Art Nouveau sterling silver photo frame measuring 8" (20 cms) tall x 6 1/2" (17 cms) with the opening measuring 5 1/4" (13 cms) x 3 1/2" (9 cms) and hallmarked for Birmingham 1904 with the silversmiths mark for William Devenport.

It has a beautiful decoration of a fishing cherub with a fish on the end of his rod in a typical Art Nouveau style.

It has the original wooden backstand and the silver is in excellent condition with no inscriptions or monograms .
