Cased Set of 6 Miniature Silver Spoons Retailed by Harrods

A superb set of miniature silver spoons (7.2 cm in length). Lovely simple design and plain polished silver. The back of the spoons are fully hallmarked for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1953 along with the Lion Passant indicating sterling silver and maker's mark for Turner & Simpson Limited. They are also stamped 'Made in England'.

The spoons (retailed by Harrods) come in the original presentation box that is marked 'Harrods London' on the inside lid.

 

Condition: In great vintage condition.

 

A lovely and interesting set, nicely sized!

 

Measurements: Each spoon length 7.2 cm approx.

 

Measurements of case: 10 cm x 12.5 cm x 2.3 cm approx.
