Superb Georgian Silver Sugar Tongs London 1793

Description

A superb pair of Georgian silver Sugar Tongs. The Tongs are beautifully decorated and bear two engraved initials at the top 'JG'. Inside the tongs the hallmarks are clearly visible for the London Assay Office with a date mark for 1793 and maker's marks for George Wintle.

These very early Tongs are in super antique condition and are a great size to hold and use!
