A charming antique Victorian silver plated mounted and spiral glass barrel with a pull off stepped lid featuring a ball finial. The mount has a wire and ball motif swing handle. The clear glass body has spiral cutting and stands on a flaring star cut pedestal foot. In very good re-plated condition.
