An antique cabochon sapphire 1.18cts and diamond ring, with a certificate to state that the sapphire is natural and unheated which is rare. This is a lovely antique ring which looks wonderful on the finger and is surrounded by 12 diamonds which are all bright and eye clean and have wonderful fire.
