This charming ring dates to the Edwardian / Art Deco period.
Set to the centre with a wonderful grass green Swiss cut emerald.
The emerald is surrounded by a double halo of beautiful old Swiss cut diamonds.
The diamonds are pavee set in platinum to great effect.
The thirty 1.5 mm diamonds have a total weight of about half a carat.
They are very clear and bright, colour H, clarity VSI.
The stones sit above a beautiful carved gallery that leads to attractive detailed shoulders.
The head of the ring measures 12 mm across and it stands 5 mm proud of the shank.
This platinum ring weighs 3.3 grams.
