A Delightful Silver Banded Pepper Grinder

A charming George V silver mounted pepper grinder. This attractive piece has a lighthouse shaped body of polished wood and silver banding. The top unscrews to facilitate re-filling with peppercorns. A good example, both practical and decorative. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no splits or dents. The mechanism works well. There is a slight misshaping to the rim of the wooden lid, commensurate with age and use (shown in photograph).

Hallmarks :- Fully marked, with matching part marks on all silver.
