A lovely example of a solid sterling silver, Edwardian landscape photo frame.
The frame is hallmarked for Birmingham 1901. The maker''s mark is hidden in the scroll work and is hard to distinguish. The wooden mount has an applied silver fretwork and C-scroll pierced decoration and features a central, vacant cartouche.
The can of cider in the last photograph is for comparison purposes only and is not included in the sale - sorry!
