Description

The solid sterling silver photo frame is chunky and tactile.

It is hallmarked on the side for Chester 1908, with the maker's mark of William Neale. It has a shaped rectangular outline. The wooden mount is in excellent condition and it is firmly attached to the silver mount, which has an applied engine turned decoration, a central vacant cartouche and a rectangular aperture.

The can of cider in the second photograph is for comparison purposes and sadly isn't included in the sale!
