Rare 1930 Silver ‘Go to Bed’ Lamp

Description

A rare 1930 silver battery operated ‘go to bed lamp’ , with silver base hallmarked, London 1930, with original glass globe. The bulb illuminates when the lamp is picked up or alternatively there is a switch to leave the bulb on constantly.

A wonderful 1930’s take on the 19th century chamberstick!

In excellent condition throughout, full working condition. Hallmarks sharp and clear.

Dimensions: The base is 9.25 cm x 9.25 cm (excluding handle) and it is approximately 12.5 cm high.
