The wooden bodies of the putti decorated to resemble darkly patinated bronze , with parcel-gilded sashes and gilded torches . The lamp holder tops with 'stiff-leaf' carved details. The lamp holders fitted with cut-glass 'drip-pans' and lustres (1 deficient) .

Each cherubic figure with charming differing individual characteristics and facial expressions.
The gilded truncated column bases having sympathetic wear to to the surfaces commensurate with age and use.

In 'as found' unrestored country-house condition with an subtlety aged patina and finish . Have been recently re-wired using bronzed cotton-covered twist flex (will be professionally PAT tested and checked before delivery).
Smart , decorative pair of atmospheric lamps for a period setting . One base of slightly differing proportions.
