Description

A superb solid silver Stilton scoop. Wonderful heavy gauge silver, the scoop is particularly attractive as it is a lovely plain polished silver with no engravings or embossing which adds to its charm. The back of the Scoop bears the very clear hallmarks for the Sheffield Assay Office with a date mark for 1935 along with the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver and maker’s mark for the silversmith William Hutton & Sons Ltd.

A superb item, wonderful gift or for a collector of the finest cutlery. Lovely heavy weight - nice to hold in the hand!

Condition: This Stilton Scoop is in superb antique collector’s condition.
