Fine Art Deco Silver Toast Rack Birmingham 1932

A fine solid silver Toast Rack in a very stylish Art Deco design. Featuring four compartments, with a neat handle to the top for carrying and and sitting on four feet. The rack is lovely and sturdy and sits firmly on its feet and is a good heavy gauge silver and a nice weight when held. Clear hallmarks are visible on the side of the Toast Rack for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1932 and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver . The silversmith's maker's mark for Adie Brothers Ltd is also visible.

 

Condition: This Toast Rack is in great antique condition.
