An extremely fine 37 point diamond snake solitaire 18ct gold ring , marked for 18ct gold. The ring is set with 1 x approx 1/4ct diamond and approx 2 point diamonds totalling approx 37 points. The face of the ring measures 2cm x 9mm and weighs 7.4 grams, the ring size is a O 1/2/ USA SIZE 7.5 and is offered in good condition.
