Description

A very large George V solid silver and crocodile leather hip flask by James Dixon & Sons, hallmarked Sheffield 1919 and retailed by Finnigans Ltd of London, Manchester and Liverpool.

This hip flask is in fabulous condition. There is no damage or restoration to the silver or the glass, with no chips or cracks and the crocodile leather is also in beautiful condition.

The lid and cup both match with the same hallmarks for Sheffield 1919, it is all completely original.

It holds half a pint, is watertight and perfectly usable today. I doubt it has ever been used.
