Large Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Trinket Box 1899

Description

This is an antique Victorian sterling silver trinket box measuring 6 1/4" (16 cms) x 4 3/4" (12 cms) x 2 1/4" (6 cms) high and with a beautiful scene on the lid.

It's hallmarked for London 1899 with the silversmiths mark for William Comyns who was known for his top quality boxes.

The inside is lined in a dark blue velvet in excellent condition - clean and ready to use and the whole item weighs 464 grams.
