Description

Birmingham 1919 English hallmarked solid silver cast spoon made by Levi and Salaman.

The spoon has a slightly curved finial decorated with a building and an elephant and is labelled Ceylon, now known as Sri Lanka. It sits over a partially split stem, and an oval bowl.

The area is renowned for its elephants, hence the design.

Size-4 5/8 inches long by 1 inch wide.

Weight-15 grams.

A lovely spoon for the collector.
