A decorative Victorian silver plated bowl or comport with a removable circular cranberry glass liner. The circular pierced scroll frame has eight applied rams heads and chain garlands. The bowl is supported by four cast scroll arms connected to a round knobbed ball and stands on a circular egg and dart style pedestal base.
