Very pretty 18ct yellow gold and platinum sapphire and diamond twist ring. Set in platinum with a central square shaped sapphire flanked by round set sparkly diamonds on a yellow gold shank stamped 18ct plat.The ring is UK size M, US size 6 and is presented in good condition.
