Description

A superb pair of Parian figures of women partaking in pleasantry, playing with their pet bird and enjoying some fruit at the table, beautifully modelled. The candelabra and base are made of ormolu and top quality. The Parian seems to be C18th and the ormolu mounts probably early C19th as was traditional.
