Description

A rare pair of octagonal Victorian (about 1880) copper lanterns mounted on original wrought iron posts. These would originally have been gas powered, hence the ornamental air vents located on 4 sides at the top of each lantern. Now converted to electric.

Due to their size they are best mounted on a wall or pillars as they would have been originally, but they are versatile and could be used inside or out.
