Description

This is a most unusual pair of very decorative wall sconces with a delightful parrot design. The pair are Italian in origin and are beautifully hand gilded and painted in a subtle ivory shade for the brackets and a soft green for the parrots. The foliate arms are in attractive gilded metal which has a good rich colour. These are wired ready for fitting and look wonderful when lit. The pair date from around 1920 and measure by 55 cms high by 35 cms wide.
