Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Snuff Box 1852 - Hilliard & Thomason

Description

This is a super antique Victorian hallmarked sterling silver snuff box measuring 3 1/2" (9 cms) x 2 1/4" (6 cms) x 1" (2.5 cms) high .

It opens and closes perfectly with a good strong hinge and the interior is in very good clean condition.

It weighs 132.4 grams which gives you an idea of the quality, is hallmarked for Birmingham 1852 and is by the silversmiths Hilliard & Thomason.

All in all this is a super box in excellent condition with no inscriptions or monograms.
