A Georgian Long Solid Top Stool

Description

A late Georgian mahogany solid top long stool. Unusual in size being 84 cm long by 29.5 deep and 30 cm high. Could be used as a display stand. Chamfered legs with cross stretchers. Great colour overall. There is a plate glass insert which lies within the top edge mouldings if desired (See last photo).The top has an old filled crack which has been braced from the underside and there have been repairs to the leg joints to one end. Solid and stable.
