A fine quality and large Victorian table-top SNUFF BOX. The shaped lid and body are beautifully hand-engraved, with a cast thumb-piece to the front of the lid and a vacant cartouche to the top. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1866; Maker: Frederick Marson. 4ins wide; 2.5ins deep front-to-back; 1.25 ins high. (10 x 6.35 x 3.2cms)
