Antique Sterling Silver Heart Shape Trinket Box with Scene 1901

Description

This is a beautiful antique sterling silver heart shape trinket box with a serenading scene on the lid.

It measures 3 1/4" (8.5 cms) x 3 1/2" (9 cms) x 1 1/4" (3 cm) high and in super condition with no damage or repairs.

It's hallmarked for Birmingham 1901 with the silversmiths mark for Henry Matthews.

Inside still retains the original gilding and it's nice and clean and perfectly usable.

There are no inscriptions or monograms and it weighs 122.5 grams.
