Description

This is a superb antique Victorian Scottish sterling silver 2 handle bowl measuring 7 1/4" (18 cms) across from handle to handle x 5 1/2" (14 cms) deep x 4 3/4" (12 cms) high to the rim.

It's hallmarked for Edinburgh 1846 with the silversmiths mark for David Crichton Rait and has no inscriptions or monograms.

It's in excellent condition (any marks you can see are just reflections), weighs 608 grams which gives you an idea of the quality and has beautiful bold decoration and stunning pierced feet.
