Solid Silver Photograph Frame 1917

1900 - 1920
Description

A good example of a solid sterling silver picture or photograph frame.

Hallmarked on the side for Birmingham 1917 with the maker's mark of A & J Zimmerman .

The frame is oval and stands securely on its original oak easel and stand. There are a few small dings around the edges of the silver but overall it is in good condition for its age.

Height: 14cm

Width: 10cm

Photograph aperture: 10.5cm x 6.5cm (4.25 x 2.5 inches)
