Description

This is a superb antique Victorian sterling silver presentation trowel measuring 13" (33 cms) long x 3 3/4" (9.5 cms) across and weighing 253 grams.

It's clearly hallmarked for Sheffield 1877 with the makers mark for Joseph Ridge and is in excellent condition.

It is inscribed 'Presented to Miss Hesketh by the trustees of the Wesleyan Chapel Lostck on the occasion of her laying a memorial stone Nov.14th 1877' .

It's in excellent condition with no damage.
