Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver 6" X 4" Trinket Box 1905

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a beautiful antique Edwardian sterling silver trinket box on 4 legs measuring 6 1/4" (16 cms) x 4 3/4" (12 cms) x 3" (8 cms) high.

It's hallmarked for Birmingham 1904 with the silversmiths mark for Henry Matthews.

Inside is lined in a blue material and the inside of the lid is gilded - the interior is all in excellent condition and perfectly usable.

The lid has gorgeous decoration, the sides are plain the it sits on four hoof feet.

There are no inscriptions or monograms and the whole item is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs .
