Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver & Tortoiseshell Desk Clip 1909

Description

This is a beautiful antique Edwardian heart shape tortoiseshell and sterling silver desk top letter clip.

It measures 5" (12.5 cms) x 4" (10 cms) across and is in excellent condition.

The tortoiseshell has beautiful colour and lovely silver pique inlay and the clip springs properly.

It's hallmarked for Chester 1909 with the silversmiths mark for Grey & Co and underneath shows the retailers name 'J.C.Vickery of Regent St, London.

This is a superb item , bold and chunky and in excellent condition.
