Silver Bon Bon Dish Birmingham 1920

An exceptionally pretty, solid silver circular Bon Bon Dish. Of perfect proportions, the dish is beautifully designed with a fluted style body . The border that encompasses the body of the dish is a most attractive pierced design. The bowl sits very neatly on three bird claw feet. Very clear hallmarks are visible on the base of the bowl for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1920 and the Lion Passant indicating sterling silver. The maker's mark for E S Barnsley is also clear.

 

A lovely dish, very nice to hold and a good weight.

 

Condition: This Dish is in great antique condition.
