Antique Solid Silver Novelty Table Lighter

This is an excellent example of an Edwardian capstan Table Lighter.
 
The condition of the sterling silver is excellent. The hallmarks on the base are for Birmingham 1904. The maker''s mark is partially rubbed but is probably that of Harry Emmanuel. The lighter is waisted in a ribbed decoration with a rope twist girdle.
