Stylish Carved Rams Head Dressing Stool

1900 - 1920
Description

A good quality unusual and most stylish carved hardwood dressing stool which dates from around 1910. The stool has the most realistically carved rams heads and legs that terminate in fab carved and gilded hairy hooves. The stool is upholstered in a contemporary stripe and is in beautiful clean condition. Structurally sound and quite stable, the stool is in excellent order and measures 76 cms wide 45 cms deep by 50 cms in height.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
