Solid Silver Photograph Frame Birmingham 1920

Description

A very handsome solid silver photograph frame. The back is wooden with a sturdy hinged easel stand that works perfectly. Clear hallmarks are visible on the front of the frame for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1920 and Lion Passant to indicate sterling silver. Maker's marks are also visible for G&C Ltd. The frames aperture is a good practical size for a photograph measuring 8 x 13 cm (3.25 x 5").

 

Condition: This frame is in great antique condition.
