A pair of late 19th century hardwood Anglo Indian footstools.

This pair of stools consist of a drop in cushion to the top covered in a silk fabric (this can easily be reupholstered if necessary once purchased).

Each stool consists of a mythical carved beast to each corner forming the supports with profusely carved and pierced foliate and berry decoration to the sides and ends.

This pair of stools are in very good condition for age, are of stable construction and can go straight into a home: please note that one stool has small losses to one rail but this is not uncommon with this type of items.
