Superb Boxed Hallmarked Silver 5 Piece Cruet Set Birmingham 1918

Description

A magnificent 5 piece silver cruet set in its' original box.

The set comprises of 2 peppers, 2 open salts and a lidded mustard pot, all standing on 4 scrolling feet. The salts and mustard come with original Bristol blue glass liners. The peppers have secure fitting tops.

All these are fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1918 by the renowned maker E.S. Barnsley & Co.

There are 2 associated salt spoons and an associated mustard spoon fully hallmarked silver.

Total silver weight for the set is approx. 317g.

The set is in very good antique condition. The box is in good condition for age with a little sign of wear.

Overall a lovely collectable display or usable set.
