This is a super pair of antique Victorian sterling silver peppers each measuring 3 1/2" (9 cms) tall x 1" (2.5 cms) across the base.

They are hallmarked for Sheffield 1880 and 1881 with the makers mark for Henry Wilkinson & Co.

They weigh 87 grams the pair and come in the original presentation case which is marked 'G.E.Buston, Jeweller & Watch Specialist, Greenwich House, Cotham Hill, Bristol 8' .
