ANTIQUE #SA461171

Gorgeous Victorian Silver Bowl

Status: This item has been sold
Sold by: The Silver Cabinet

This is a very unusual two-handled solid sterling silver bowl.

It is hallmarked on the side for London 1888, with the maker''s mark for Charles Stuart Harris. It is a slightly wonky oval shape, heavily decorated with flowers and with two intricate handles, firmly attached. It is heavy and tactile and the decoration is beautifully crisp. A lovely item.
